ARTWORK DESIGN AND DIGITISING
Once artwork designs and digitising samples are approved no major amendments can be made. If it is a drastic change to your logo we can edit it for a charge of £15.00 + VAT. If it is adding a name, any kind of lettering or change of colours we can edit it for £5.00 + VAT.
Emblem Workwear cannot be held responsible for any artwork or digitising mistakes such as; spelling, size of lettering, and colours once visuals are approved.
DELIVERY & PRICING
All prices stated on this site exclude carriage, which is added at the end of the order. If your order exceeds £150.00 (exc. VAT), then you are entitled to free standard delivery.
Prices on this website do not include decoration costs (such as Embroidery or printing). If you require decoration on your garments please state on the personalisation button when ordering your garments and we will quote your logo.
You can contact us between 8:30 am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday. Our aim is to get back to your emails and messages within 1-2 working hours. Please visit our ‘Contact us’ page for our address and other information.
Any returns must be made and back at our store 14 days within the receipt of your order. If we do not receive it back within this time we will be unable to give you a refund.
We cannot accept returns if a product/s are inadequate due to faulty of the buyer. For example, wrong sizing, colour, type etc.
We cannot accept returns if they are already personalised, unless the product is faulty on our behalf.
We shall only accept returns if a product/s are inadequate due to fault on our behalf. For example, personalisation wrong, or a faulty garment.
Cancellations can only be made up to 3 working hours after you have placed your order/s.
If it is after the 3 working hours we will be unable to cancel your order. You will still be charged and will still receive the garments to your dispatch address.
We require payment in full before production of orders. Goods will not be completed or dispatched until payment is complete.
It is the customers responsibility to illustrate or mark where the logos are desired. If no marks or specific requirements are made by the customer, it will be to the discression of the Embroiderer.

COOKIES WE USE ON OUR WEBSITE
1. Cart ID A unique identifier for the user's cart is tracked by cookie. The cart information is stored in the database.
2. Authentication Cookie An authentication cookie for the admin section. We only track user account details to show the appropriate admin pages and data for the logged in retailer. We don't record user account information for any other purpose.
3. Local Storage to store filter states Used on the filter page so when you click back on a product page it knows which filters you had prepopulated last time. We don't track any personal data using local storage.
4. Load Balancer Cookie This cookie is essential to help ensure that the website loads efficiently by distributing visits across multiple web servers. This cookie does not contain any personal information, and only lasts for the duration of your visit, being deleted as soon as you close your web browser.
